Petal Order System

This is a sophisticated order system primarily designed for a company selling advertising space.

It is tightly integrated with Pastel Partner Accounting 

A fully featured customer database with a customer relationship management system dovetailed into it has the provision for multiple contracts per customer to be entered and used for the billing list. The contracts can be emailed directly to the customers. The contracts are flagged as signed and confirmed before being allowed to appear on the generated billing list which will be included in the publication. The billing list is then automatically written to Pastel Partner as an invoice batch.
