We take pride in providing you with a personalised experience in setting up your online store. We have found that it is not a trivial exercise to setup an online presence. We can share the pain and guide you through the whole process.
If you have no experience in selling but are keen, hard-working and talented with a specific product you want to sell, we can mentor you through the process. We have several shops online and we can guide you through the process of calculating your cost and how to work out your sales prices. We can put you in touch with people who specialise in marketing, and those who specialise in delivery.
We undertake to be partners in your business – silent and supportive.
Our packages are designed to meet all your needs.
Option One: Mentorship package
Basically we do everything for you :
- Upload ten different items (each item can have up to 5 variations) in our exclusive EPopShop
- (if you have more than ten items we will charge an additional R10 per month for each item)
- Advise you on calculation of costs and price
- Advise you on how to present the products and how to describe them
- If you are in Durban we can photograph the products for you as we have our own studio
- Put you in touch with delivery specialists
- We inform you about orders from customers (the order will arrive via email but we will check that you have received the order and follow up on it.)
- Handle the online payment and ensure that you are paid once the customer has received the products.
- Assist you in marketing and search engines. We are not marketing specialists but we can help you in the right direction.
- You will be able to concentrate on making the products and delivering them successfully. We will maintain the store for you.
- For the above services we will deduct 5% of your monthly sales plus a rental of R1 per item displayed. We are bearing the costs of the shop and taking the risk until your items sell – so effectively your shop is free until it starts earning!
Option two: Custom package
We offer any combination of the above factors in Option One as we want to find whatever suits you. If you want to experiment and try one product for sale let us know!
